Payment for Services
Patients without health insurance are asked to pay a minimum of $20.00 at each visit, with significant discounts for uninsured, low income patients, based on household income and family size.
Medical care will not be denied to anyone because of inability to pay. The Clinic staff will assist limited income patients in applying for financial assistance programs, and also in filing necessary reimbursement forms.
St. Thomas Community Health Center accepts:
- Medicare & Medicaid
- Private insurance
- Payment directly by the patient.
- Credit cards & checks accepted.
